Well a busy morning of sorts for me, so this will be one of those shows in which I went back to an old reliable, Newsforchristians.com, and saw what some of their featured articles were and I'll run with, share, and comment on some of those. What stands out, unsurprisingly, is presidential politics and elections. They'll be a lot of Donald Trump talk as well as a lot of talk about faith in politics, pastors and politics, and at least one court case about the so called separation of church and state in North Carolina. Faith and politics often collide...

On today's show I wanted to go back to something that I haven't dealt with in a while, and that's the economy. I of course am not an economist, but I do put my trust in what economists and economic commentators say we need to be watching rather than what the government says the unemployment rate is. We've gotten off to a very rough start in 2016 when it comes to global markets, wealth lost in the stock markets, global trade, and companies looking to downsize their workforce. I don't like to talk negative but I do like to talk...

One of the great worries and one of the great questions that many who may be on the fence have when it comes to God is, "How can a loving God torture His children who simply don't believe in Him forever and ever in hell?" Well, hopefully today I'll be able to establish for you that He does not. I'm certainly not going to claim it will be a complete rebuttal or cover all possible ground. But I'll do my best and hopefully let truth win out and reign supreme and let scripture dictate for you whether I'm correct today,...

Well, as indicated, it winds up being a two part show with the second part focusing on Ezekiel Chapter 39 today. Today I'll take a look again at this battle between the Russian lead contingent against the people of the tribes of Israel and the aftermath after that contingent is routed by God's use of the natural elements. The show will be live at 4:30 Eastern time, and available for archived listening afterward.

A busy day today for me personally and so the show starts later than usual tonight. This will likely be a two parter that probably will lead to a second show tomorrow, but we'll see how everything goes. This week as I took a look at some of the stories that I've read and in some cases shared on the Facebook page, I wanted to focus on where all of this ultimately ends when it comes to war and conflicts amongst nations. There will come a time I believe in which we can count on a conflict with a huge...

“A seven year old girl was stabbed to death in an apartment in Upplands-Bro in northern Stockholm on 25 July this year by a 36 year old man, Daniel Gebru. Ten months earlier Gebru arrived as a welfare of migrant from Eritrea to Sweden. … Gebru has not been able to give any concrete reasons for why he cut the throat of the seven-year girl in the bathroom of her home. He had previously been living in the apartment. What he did there on that day is unclear because according to some data he was not living there anymore. As...

One of the predominant themes of the 2016 presidential campaign thus far — and one that is unlikely to lose significance once the primaries give way to the general election — is the American people’s exasperation with a political system they see as corrupt, self-serving, disingenuous and out of touch. Advertisement Advertisement It is not an especially partisan or ideological sentiment; you can just as easily find it among supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders as among fans of Donald Trump. You can even find those who support paragons of the status quo, like Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush, making similar...

Well, I've decided overall we're going to make it a mostly positive weekend. Reading some stories today and still feeling good about yesterday's show and the topic of it, today's show is mostly going to be a positive one. I have to rant a little. Or at least hopefully point out the ridiculously flawed thinking in the writer of a piece for Elle. But mostly, it's going to be a pro life show. It's going to focus on women who were faced with the "easy choice" being to abort their child. Instead they made the tough choice and chose to...

Well, happy New Year to all of you. With a new year, there's not really going to so much be a new focus for the show. But today, I will make the show almost entirely about something very positive, which I rarely get to do, or rarely perhaps choose to do. It's the story of a radical feminist from Brazil who went from shocking and offending as many people as possible to speaking out for the unborn, apologizing to Christians everywhere, and working to describe how damaging modern feminism really is. It's an amazing story and an amazing turnaround that I...

A lawsuit filed in federal court against the music streaming service Spotify is seeking at least $150 million in royalties for musicians and copyright owners. The suit, filed Monday by guitarist and vocalist David Lowery of alternative rock band Cracker, alleges Spotify "knowingly, willingly, and unlawfully reproduces and distributes copyrighted" music without a license to do so, Lowery's law firm Michelman & Robinson said. Violating federal copyright law could mean fines of between $750 and $150,000 for each infringement. That could mean big payouts if the court sides with Lowery, who filed the case on behalf of himself and "all...

Well, in the first after Christmas show, I wanted to pick up with something that I put on the Facebook page regarding an apparent house divided between the Obama administration and the Joint Chiefs when it comes to our ISIS and Syria strategy. But from there I want to go in to some ridiculously bad policies in government and a weakened, perhaps in some cases well intentioned and in other cases maybe even not, but in the end watered down, unscriptural attitude and belief system in the church. In addition to ISIS and Syria I will try to at least...

Joint Chiefs of Staff Official – US Military Gave Intel to Assad, While CIA Funded & Armed ISIS By Jay Syrmopoulos on December 22, 2015 Joint-Chiefs-of-Staff-Official---US-Military-Provided-Intel-to-Assad,-While-CIA-Funded-and-Armed-ISIS Washington, DC – The Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) have been indirectly providing intelligence on the Islamic State to the government of Syrian President Bashar Assad, in direct contrast to the Obama administration’s agenda of regime change, in an effort to stop Syria from becoming another failed state from which terrorists can operate. A recent investigation by renowned journalist Seymour Hersh provides clear evidence of a massive disconnect between President Obama’s White House...

In a time in which certainly we're seeing the world and the country go crazy in more ways than one, we're seeing more and more evidence and cases of Islamic indoctrination of our kids in schools and certainly along with that a move to deemphasize or even eliminate Christianity. We unfortunately also have Christians, likely or at least hopefully with good intentions, but nevertheless still naively and perhaps even worse dangerously welcoming these "refugees" with open arms. We have the government, or a court, ruling in favor of a gay man at the expense of a Christian school. But in...

The big news, or part of the big news of the morning as I got up seemed to focus on Paris, France and the fact that they are apparently near a massive "climate change" international deal. I'll talk a little bit about that today. Also I wanted to talk a little bit about the attacks on Donald Trump, who amazingly I'll defend in a way, as well as Ted Cruz. Finally, with the "genius class" of political, government, and media establishment telling us that everything we think we know or would like to do is wrong, it's probably appropriate to...

In the face of yet another shooting that was senseless we get to see the inevitable and all too common recurring theme from the left. But in addition to the usual "We need to make it harder for people to get guns.", we also see, with the apparent shooters and the aftermath two somewhat newer themes. They have always been present, and even featured at times. But with the circumstances of this shooting, we're also seeing them come front and center. Those two themes are appeasement and protection of Muslims- to incredible and even dangerous lengths with Loretta Lynch's words....

As I check out some news stories today, it strikes me that we are certainly living in a time in which it's time to get serious about our faith and whether or not we'll stand on and for it. It's been the case for a while, and really it's always been the case. But today I'll talk about a story that features the literal banning of the Christian cross by a nation's, a Christian nation's government. There's a story of the banning of Christmas trees and Christmas carols that promote Christianity by a VA hospital. Christians were once again killed...

A hastily put together Thanksgiving Day show for you, but I'll try to make sure it's not a total turkey. Taking a look at some of the news stories, with an idea coming in on what I wanted to focus on, being as how it is Thanksgiving Day, I'll put a "I'm thankful for" or "I'm not thankful for" spin on some of these stories, and while many of them are negative, there actually is a dose or two of humor to be found as well. So stay tuned for a show on Black Lives Matter, Syrian refugees, ISIS, Barack...

PARIS—One of the assailants in Friday’s deadly attacks in and near the French capital recently entered Europe as a Syrian migrant, people familiar with the matter said, exposing gaps in the continent’s security as it copes with the biggest refugee crisis in decades. French investigators were able to match the remains of one of the suicide bombers who attacked France’s main stadium to a Syrian passport that was used to enter Europe’s free-travel area and apply for asylum, the people familiar with the matter said. European security officials have worried that Islamic State operatives would bring terror by mixing with...

So I made the choice earlier this week to go again back into the bible and today's show I'm going to be reading and commenting from the Book of Revelation. Specifically, I wanted to touch on the 6th and 7th chapters which deal with the 7 seals and the 7 trumps. These are the things we are to seal in our minds as to what will transpire at the end and even when it will at least timeline wise. Not so much date wise, as we don't set dates. But hopefully with God's help it will be an educational and...

I almost feel like today is a show based on the title of a Kevin Trudeau book. As a matter of fact, when he gets released from prison in 6 or 7 years, he could reinvent himself as a conservative commentator or author and write a book, "News Stories They Don't Want You To Know About." But naturally, I digress. Even without talking, I digress. It's a huge problem. Anyway, today's show deals a little bit with the Ben Carson attack and backlash, and along not necessarily those lines but along the lines of sharing stories that I feel have...
