A busy day today for me personally and so the show starts later than usual tonight. This will likely be a two parter that probably will lead to a second show tomorrow, but we'll see how everything goes. This week as I took a look at some of the stories that I've read and in some cases shared on the Facebook page, I wanted to focus on where all of this ultimately ends when it comes to war and conflicts amongst nations. There will come a time I believe in which we can count on a conflict with a huge army of nations lead by Russia. But it's a conflict that won't be fought or won by us, but by God, and it will usher in the end of this age and the return of Jesus Christ. It's certainly foolish in one sense to do the things we do, militarily and otherwise. But these chapters certainly show that God is in control and ultimately He has the victory. Tonight's show will be at 6:00 PM Eastern time, and archived afterward.

Jesus is coming back and I pray for those who are unsaved. I pray unbelievers will get it right before Christ returns!
Why is this the prevailing opinion in American Christian circles? I'm American. We have 2 adopted children from Russia. Mikhailovich is my son's middle name in Russian. Why can't it be Syria, or Iran? A nation from the north. Rosh. That's all we have to go by, except for past history and future speculation. North and Rosh. One reason I ask is because Russia is a Christian nation. It was long ago, it was crushed temporarily, but it continues on today.
I think some may be short-sighted or presumptive to tag this on Russia. At least I hope.

These are not end times. Raise your children and love them. Make them into good people.

I think that Joel Richardson, Walid Shoebat & some others
have pretty well figured out that it is NOT Russia that will
be in the Ezekiel 38 & 39 war. (They say that it is the
Islamic nations that are true due north of Israel that will
be in that invasion - and get clobbered - not Russia.) In
fact, on a globe, Russia is not due north of Israel.
Hmm... that’s an interesting idea. I don’t, but it’s a good suggestion going forward. Or maybe I can even make one after the fact.

I don’t think it’s Russsia, the army from the North are more likely demonic spirits that come in like a flood in the last days. As it was in the days of Noah” I believe there is a flood coming that will engulf the earth, not a flood of water, but a flood of evil. We haven’t seen anything yet.
Well, it’s a fair question or point. I wouldn’t worry too much about your adopted children being Russian having much to do with anything that happens in the days to come. I think Syria perhaps and certainly Iran WILL be involved. Rosh, or Gog, or Meshech is NOT Iran though, because Iran today is of course Persia in Old Testament times. So when it says in Ezekiel 38:5 that Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya will be in that group, Iran is covered there.
I believe it speaks of Russia because partly of Rosh, but also some scholars even point out that “Meshech and Tubal” were areas around the Caucasus Mountains, which geographically takes in Russia, and some even translate Meshech as Moscow today. One can agree or disagree with that, but most scholars when trying to pinpoint where these places would have been located land on Russia.
I think unfortunately you see Russia in various forms dealt with negatively in the bible and in prophecy. The nation of Edom, many scholars today, which those people came from Esau, that nation of Edom is considered to be Russia today.
You also have the idea of Russia being a “bear” and we have Daniel 7:5 in which you have a bear rising up and devouring much flesh. I think perhaps to SOME extent this is something that already happened with communism rising up in Russia. But most scholars I think also believe Russia will rise up once again before it’s said and done- the old Russia. You also have Revelation 13- the beast with the “bear’s feet”.
But maybe the best way I believe I can put it is take a look around at what’s going on in the world today. There are many great people and indeed many Christians in Russia. And it was a Christian nation until Communism took hold and yes there are many Christians today and it SEEMS to be even promoting Christianity.
But take a look at who CURRENTLY LEADS RUSSIA TODAY. Vladimir Putin is an old school, USSR, KGB Communist kind of guy. He would go back to that right now if he could. When you look and you see Russia lining up with Iran and not the United States or the Christian nations, Russia partnering up with China, I don’t think it’s that much of a stretch to say that the current leadership of Russia isn’t as Christian or as friendly as what maybe some of the people of Russia today are. And I think we see that alliance forming of Russia and Iran, I think you see Turkey starting to come into the picture. I believe prophecy is coming forth before our eyes, personally.
Russia arguably has a stronger military than what we do at this point.
In fact, I don’t even know if it’s arguable.

Admittedly, I have a different view on what and who Israel is than even a lot of other Christians do today. Israel to God, imo, is more a people, more one big family generation to generation than it is a geographic location. Now the nation that we call Israel is I guess in the right geographic location so to speak. But we also know that much of true Israel still remains separated and scattered. We know, I believe that the stick of Judah and the stick of Israel or of Joseph still remains separate and I don’t believe they become one stick as it says in Ezekiel 37 or in Hosea 1 until after Christ’s return.
E Raymond Capt did a terrific work called Abrahamic Covenant that sort of traced the migrations of the tribes of Israel after the scattering by the Assyrian. One thing that’s very interesting is how 2520 years to the day that the tribe of Manasseh fell into captivity to the Assyrian, we come to the date of July 4, 1776, or the birth of the U.S.A. What’s also incredible is just how prevalent the number 13 is woven into our nation- the most obvious being 13 stripes, 13 colonies, and there were 13 tribes of Israel.
I don’t think that Ezekiel 38 even is talking about our present day nation of Israel, which I believe only some of the tribe of Judah and maybe Benjamin occupy. I think it refers to us, among other nations.
Looking at Ezekiel 38:8, we are a nation that has been “gathered out of many people”, we’re a nation that dwells safely (from outside enemies), we’re an “unwalled” people, and Israel is not.
That’s my belief anyway.
I think it’s those demonic spirits that influence this man made army, including Russia, to act. I do agree about the flood-pretty much completely.
Is America the Whore of Babylon?
No, I don’t believe that America is the Whore of Babylon.
The Whore of Babylon is that religious system and deception of the Tribulation and the One World system that some in America, and every other nation will take part in and be deceived by.
It’s worshiping Satan as Christ and in as much as those who are saved are to be a virgin bride spiritually speaking espoused to Christ,playing a whore would be accepting another “Jesus” or “savior” to be married to.
Paul wrote in 2nd Corinthians that he had a godly jealousy over the Corinthian church because he had espoused them to one husband as a chaste virgin to Christ and he didn’t want them to be beguiled (wholly seduced) as Eve was by the serpent. There was a conception mentioned after that act in the Garden of Eden too. But that whore takes in anyone who doesn’t stay a virgin espoused to Christ in the spiritual sense. They go whoring around a little bit, out of deception.
That conspiracy has existed for a very long time.
I don't believe the Nations or "people groups" being
guided by these "principalities and powers" are aware of it.
I do think that in the end times these "twice dead,"
"children of disobedience" do play a part, just not as
big a part as perhaps others might believe.
I mainly try to stick with what the word of
God plainly says, and try not to read too much
more into it..
Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities against powers, against the rulers of the darkness
of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
I also notice in the Scriptures that God does allow
literal evil entities to wreak havoc upon mankind, from time
to time. Remember Job?
And a second witness to this concept is:
Psalm 78:49
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath,
and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
I just believe that in the last days, literal demonic
entities, will be unleashed, and unleashed on a level never
before conceived of.
I agree with what others have said and more or less believe that the country to the north spoken of in Ezekiel 38-39 is more likely to be Turkey, but not Russia.
We'll just have to wait and see...and perhaps we will see soon.
We're moving fast towards "something" and that's one prophecy that has a "just around the corner" feel to it.
