Hey everybody. Just out of curiosity, did anyone see the Christmas greeting FOX had this morning? It showed a stained glass window with Mary and baby Jesus, and (if I remember correctly) John 3:16 written on the screen. The narrator said (something along the lines of) "Have a Merry Christmas", not 'Happy Holidays' or 'Seasons Greetings'. I was very proud of them for not going PC, like everyone else. Yet another reason to watch FOX news!

Howdy all! I need some help from my fellow FReepers. I'd like to start on some kind of daily exercise "program" (for lack of a better word). I was wondering what kind of things y'all woud recommend. Please note that, though I live on a large piece of property, my house is small; thus, I can't have big bulky exercise equipment around. My goals are to (a) lose some weight and (b) get into shape. Note, I'm not looking for a DIET. Thanks!
