No bones about it, Aimen Halim is very unhappy with Buffalo Wild Wings. He’s so upset that the Chicago man recently filed a class-action lawsuit against the Atlanta-based chain, accusing the company of a “clear-cut case of false advertising.” In his lawsuit, Halim says he bought food at a Mount Prospect Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant earlier this year and was served boneless wings that were not, in fact, de-boned wings.

While Dearborn, Michigan is home to the largest Muslim population in the United States, Buffalo, New York, is fast becoming a serious contender for that title. Why Buffalo, with its horrendous, inhospitable winter weather? Wikipedia tells us that there has been a large influx of inhabitants to Buffalo of Arab descent, mainly from Yemen. This has caused the Muslim population of the city to skyrocket. Wikipedia also informs the reader that, “Since the 1950s and 1960s, the greater portion of the Jewish population has moved to the suburban areas outside of the city, or to the city’s upper West Side.”...

State and military police were sent Tuesday to keep people off Buffalo’s snow-choked roads, and officials kept counting fatalities three days after western New York’s deadliest storm in at least two generations. Even as suburban roads and most major highways in the area reopened, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz warned that police would be stationed at entrances to Buffalo and at major intersections because some drivers were flouting a ban on driving within New York’s second-most populous city. More than 30 people are reported to have died in the region, officials said, including seven storm-related deaths announced Tuesday by Buffalo...

A quick update from my drive into the city of Buffalo New York… 12/27/2022 - approx 12:00 - 2:30 pm As most areas north of the city are back open, there is still a travel ban in the city of Buffalo. So I headed south to deliver needed supplies to my son. He is about ½ mile from a supermarket that is currently unreachable from his residence. Their cars are blocked by snow. Yes, there is a travel ban in the city, but cars are moving everywhere, but very slowly. I passed one of Buffalo’s finest traveling in the opposite...
