According to a press release from College Station police, animal control officers were called to the intersection of University Drive East and Forest Drive around 4:30 p.m. on the report of an aggressive snake. Authorities say the foot-long snake was identified as a young albino monocled cobra. Animal control officers were able to capture the reptile, which is generally found in Asia.
