While logging into my emails at Optimum.net account, I got surprise. They changed browser to Altice something, page layout completely different. Mail page has Inbox - Drafts - Sent Objects - Spam - Trash - Archive folders. "My Folders" is empty, not showing any of the my private folders, where I saved important emails. Spent 2 hours on the computer with support, only to come up empty, no solution, no private folders. "Bringing up the problem with Optimum engineers."
