WASHINGTON - A student who complained of swastikas being drawn on a dorm room door has admitted responsibility for them, George Washington University officials say. Campus police discovered what happened at Mitchell Hall by using a hidden camera, university spokeswoman Tracy Schario says. The student admitted responsibility Monday.
