A man who was wearing an American flag bandanna when he slashed a 53-year-old woman in the neck in broad daylight in Brooklyn is under arrest in New Jersey, police said Sunday. Gregory Alfred, 25, was picked up over the weekend by cops in Sayreville for the March 10 slashing in Ditmas Park, police said.
