Blanco's popularity sunk to an overall low of 38 percent, according to the report from Marketing Research Insight. Jindal's support has remained at a steady 54 percent but Blanco has consistently lost support over the past two weeks. The gubernatorial race will be decided by a runoff election scheduled for Saturday, November 15th.
