A "George Floyd Autonomous Zone" has been created in Minneapolis that has a list of "rules for white people." According to the bulletin, white people must abide by these ridiculous rules in order to enter the area, which was created around where Floyd died last May. Entering the area as a white person comes with potential risks if you make the mistake of behaving in a “problematic” manner. All visitors are asked to wear face masks and act with “humility,” but a lengthier list of rules for white people explains how they will be treated differently.

The Los Angeles City Council renamed the intersection near the Bilal Islamic Center, Malcolm X Way. These are a few of the hundreds of streets, schools, and assorted other civic infrastructure named after the black supremacist leader who worked together with the KKK and the American Nazi Party.

Diversity and inclusion isn’t going so well at Syracuse University. In response to anti-black and anti-Asian graffiti found in a bathroom and bulletin board in a campus dorm last week, students are holding a sit-in and making several demands of the administration, according to The Daily Orange. One of those demands: the ability to deny roommates based on their race.

This month and next dozens of universities across the nation, from private top-tier schools to public state institutions, will host segregated graduation ceremonies and celebrations for their black graduates. These supplementary ceremonies are voluntary and are offered in addition to the universities’ regular graduations. Black Panther’s Wakanda is a near-utopic vision of how a country could look; perhaps the best depiction of Afrofuturism ever captured on film. There were thriving and ideological-diverse cities surrounded by expansive and bucolic countrysides. There was modern technology perfectly weaved in to cultural tradition, a melding that was symbiotic instead of antagonistic.
