Fox News is firing back at Donald Trump for the Republican presidential front-runner's decision to skip Thursday night's debate, accusing Trump's campaign manager of threatening anchor Megyn Kelly. "In a call on Saturday with a Fox News executive, [Corey Lewandowski] stated that Megyn had a 'rough couple of days after that last debate' and he 'would hate to have her go through that again,' " the Fox News statement said.
