A Torrance judge ruled Friday that Roger Clinton must attend weekly meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous or enroll in an alcohol education program while he awaits arraignment on drunken driving charges. The hearing is set for next month. Clinton is the half brother of former President Bill Clinton.
