As Hurricane Zeta approaches, three heavily Republican counties in Florida’s Panhandle are curbing voting hours this week. In Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, early voting sites will close at 3 p.m. Wednesday and reopen at 11 a.m. Thursday. Okaloosa County early voting sites will close at 5 p.m. Wednesday and reopen at 9 a.m. Thursday.
