<p>A bicyclist died last night after being struck by a sport utility vehicle driven by Heather French Henry, wife of Lt. Gov. Steve Henry, at Lexington Road and Grinstead Drive, police said.</p>
<p>The name of the 43-year-old woman was not released. She had been taken to University Hospital.</p>
