Berkeley, Calif., home to the hippie movement of the 1960s, is considering rolling out the welcome mat to freed Guantanamo Bay detainees. The City Council is poised to vote Tuesday night on a resolution that would invite "one or two" detainees to live in Berkeley once they are cleared of wrongdoing and released from the U.S. detention facility in Cuba.
