The Disney Corporation isn't making any friends at a California elementary school this week. After the Emerson Elementary PTA showed the remake of Disney's Lion King, the school received a bill for $250 from the studio. The Berkely area school showed the film as part of a "Parents' Night Out" event, with a suggested donation of $15 from movie-goers. When Disney took notice of the unlicensed screening, the studio's licensing agent, Movie Licensing USA, sent a letter to PTA President...Organizations are required to pay a single-use licensing fee of $250 or an annual fee of $536.. Students at the University of California, Berkeley can now join their peers at Harvard University for the second semester of “Resistance School” aimed at fighting the Trump agenda. Due to the high popularity of the student-run program, with more than “175,000 participants tuning in last semester,” Resistance School announced that Berkeley would be its “second campus” in a September press release.

Get ready for eight minutes of solid gold response from Ben Shapiro to Antifa and the radical Left at UC Berkeley for their attempts to shut him down on the basis of his supposed service to white supremacy and the Donald Trump administration. “To believe this,” Ben says of these nonsensical accusations, “you’d have to have your head so far up your ass that you can see your own colon first-hand.” The real thugs, Shapiro says in this PG-rated speech, are those claiming to be fighting “intellectual thuggery,” a premise Shapiro demolishes with glee in his speech (some language NSFW):

Mayor of Berkeley Jesse Arreguin on Monday said it is time to confront the violent extremism on the left by treating black-clad Antifa protesters as a gang. A large number of masked Antifa activists were seen jumping the barriers at a largely peaceful demonstration in Berkeley’s Martin Luther King Civic Center Park on Sunday. Some began attacking Trump supporters at the rally. “I think we should classify them as a gang,” said Arreguin. “They come dressed in uniforms. They have weapons, almost like a militia and I think we need to think about that in terms of our law enforcement...

Former Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was hospitalized after a near-fatal “accidental overdose” of cancer medication, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. The University of California previously announced that 59-year-old, who has been serving as President, was hospitalized Jan. 18. Citing her privacy, the UC refused to reveal any details about the terrifying event, which occurred at the school’s President’s House in Alameda, CA., and called it a “complication” of her cancer battle. But a Radar investigation can reveal that Napolitano was unconscious for hours before a staffer discovered her body — and that an accidental overdose of her cancer medications was...

JTA - The student government at University of California voted to approve a resolution calling for the removal of Sabra brand hummus from campus dining services. The resolution passed last week by a vote of 13 to 0 with one abstention. The removal was requested because the Sabra company’s joint owner is the Israel-based Strauss Group, which allegedly supports the Israeli military. The resolution was supported by the campus organization Students for Justice in Palestine. The resolution is not enforceable, and the UC Riverside administration says it has no plans to remove the hummus. “Sabra Dipping Company is owned by...

Democratic Rep. Val Demings (Fla.) said on Thursday that the violent riots that took place at the University of California, Berkley the prior night were a "beautiful sight." Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos, a vocal Donald Trump supporter, was scheduled to speak at UC Berkley on Wednesday night, but the event had to be canceled due to violent protests from students and other activists. "The university said fires were set, including one caused by a firebomb that ignited a generator-powered spotlight, and commercial-grade fireworks were thrown at police," NBC News reported of the riots. One witness reported seeing a large crowd yelling "No Trump,...

“I have been evacuated from the UC Berkeley campus after violent left-wing protestors tore down barricades lit fires, threw rocks and Roman candles at the windows and breached the ground floor of the building. My team and I are safe. But the event has been cancelled. I'll let you know more when the facts become clear. One thing we do know for sure: the Left is absolutely terrified of free speech and will do literally anything to shut it down.” In a subsequent interview with Fox News, Yiannopoulos said UC Berkeley is “a liberal campus. They hate libertarians or conservatives...

Conservative activist and journalist Milo Yiannopoulos was forced to cancel a speaking engagement at the University of California-Berkeley Wednesday night after violent protests broke out, Trace Gallagher reported on "Tucker Carlson Tonight." The college's police department placed the campus on lockdown. (TWEETS-AT-LINK)Yiannopoulos, a Breitbart News editor, called into "Tucker Carlson Tonight," and told Carlson that college liberals have a "big free speech problem" and that they "hate any libertarian or conservative" viewpoint. He said that shortly after he arrived at the facility at which he was to speak, other people began arriving in black clothes and masks....

We are calling for an occupation of syllabi in the social sciences and humanities. This call to action was instigated by our experience last semester as students in an upper-division course on classical social theory. Grades were based primarily on multiple-choice quizzes on assigned readings. The course syllabus employed a standardized canon of theory that began with Plato and Aristotle, then jumped to modern philosophers: Hobbes, Locke, Hegel, Marx, Weber and Foucault, all of whom are white men. The syllabus did not include a single woman or person of color. We have major concerns about social theory courses in which...

Weeks after protests over the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown started to subside, police in another St. Louis suburb have reportedly shot and killed an 18-year-old black man at a gas station, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Information on the shooting is thin so far, but large crowds have already started to form at the scene of the Mobil gas station in Berkeley, Missouri where 18-year-old Antonio Martin was shot. Those on scene report seeing bricks thrown and pepper spray used. St. Louis County Police released a statement saying Martin was shot after he pulled a gun...

When "brown" Islamo Nazis knock on "white", "Aryan" Nazis' doors Evil allianceIt's not really all new, "white Aryan" Arch-Nazi Adolf Hitler already embraced "brown" & "inferior" Arab Muslim Haj Amin Al-Husseini the 'MUFTI'. That genius-of-evil knew already how to exploit the Arabs, ready to gas them (too), just as soon as they are "done" with them. David Puke Then we read in the late 1990's that the loser KKK's 'David Duke' couldn’t find a "fertile" ground for his feces hatred only in Arab countries (that are full of anti-non-Arab racism). The 'rise' of the HATERS - ALLIANCE came about after...

I just watched this on ABC. California (Berkely) was playing the University of Tennessee (at Cal). The conversation happened around 5:50 local time. Brent Musberger, Kirk Herbstreit, and the sideline reporter named Lisa were discussing a bunch of Berkely students who were living in trees outside the stadium. Lisa: "Well Brent as you were mentioning, about those folks up in the trees, the reason that they're so upset is that, the University of California, has proposed a $125 million dollar project. They want to build a training facility for the athletes here at the University of California, and they want...
