Poll: Should the Berkely City Council be impeached?

In reference to this FreeRepublic thread , I open this poll with the following question:

Since the Berkely City Council think of themselves as the usurpers of the legislative branch of the U.S. Government, should the members of the Berkely City Council be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors", or for treason against the United States?

How about cutting off all federal funds to the city and to anyone living in the city......Social security, school funds, teachers salaries, etc. Then let the liberals devour their own leaders.

No impeachment. The Berkeley City Council has every legal right to vote on proclamations, no matter how stupid they may be.
