Winston-Salem, NC-- Police in Winston-Salem are investigating a shooting on University Parkway that left one man dead. Police said it is early in the investigation, but an armed man walked into Kevin Powell Motorsports on University Parkway. An eyewitness told News 2 that employees from the business ran into his place of work and told him that a man armed with a shotgun started shooting inside the business.
