Earlier this year, authorities found a tape with 12 hours of mysterious footage as the result of an anti-terrorism raid in Brussels. The hours of tape revealed that someone was spying on Belgium’s nuclear power chief, which led authorities to believe that the terrorist cell was likely planning on attacking a nuclear power plant or retrieving nuclear material to build a dirty bomb. It looks like they were right. Belgium is currently on “high alert” after authorities found a nuclear power plant security officer dead with his pass missing. The concerning development, which occurred on Thursday but was only reported...

In a letter released Wednesday, Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson 60% (R-WI) asked Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson for all documents and communications regarding the dismissal of ICE whistle-blower Taylor Johnson and his underlings’ secretive effort to discredit her to reporters. Confused by all these Johnsons? It’s hard not to be. The story also features a cameo by then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid 2% (D-NV). In 2013, Johnson, a decorated agent, was stripped of her gun and badge without explanation and placed on desk duty. The single mother of four was ousted right after Reid’s office...

school in central France has hailed back to the Middle Ages this week, after forcing Jewish and Muslim students who do not eat pork, as well as vegetarians, to wear red and yellow discs around their necks. The Piedalloues primary school in Auxerre, in Burgundy, forced eighteen students to wear the discs, in order to ensure that cafeteria workers did not give them pork or meat. The practice was withdrawn this week after outraged parents and local officials compared the practice to wearing yellow stars, as mandated by the Nazis, the Telegraph reports. The mayor immediately ordered the practice be...

It doesn’t take much to get an airport security badge these days, even if you are a dog. In an examination of a database of more than 1.1 million security badges for roughly 900,000 airport workers at 359 US airports, the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General found omissions or inaccuracies in 96,000 records, such as missing security status, birthdates and birthplaces. In one instance, a security badge was issued to a dog. The badges are issued to airport workers and give clearance to secure areas. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and a security threat assessment from the...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRjKWq4NRdkThis is going to be politically correct and albeit offensive to some but tax payer funded police DOES NOT WORK. Like other positions in government there is no incentive that exists for employees to do good most in fact tag along for free handouts from the taxpayers. Add to this liberal communists in power expect us to be solely dependent on them for assistance. Our founding fathers NEVER expected us to be fully dependent on them. This is one of the reasons we have the 2nd amendment. The other thing is that government control means more of an attachment and...

Note: The following text is a quote: http://www.ice.gov/pi/nr/0902/090227la.htm ICE agents seek information on bogus law enforcement badges LOS ANGELES - Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are seeking information from people who may have received in the mail what appear to be, genuine law enforcement badges and credentials, from a group calling themselves the "International Police Commission (IPC)." These fraudulent police credentials and badges imply that those who use them are police officers with United Nations and Interpol authorities, according to ICE investigators. The fake items, manufactured in the Philippines, have been mailed out to targeted individuals...

It's well known that organizations with nefarious and often criminal goals support and distribute malware and spyware that allows them to snoop on and/or manipulate people's computers. However, what is less well-known is that some of the people behind spyware are ostensibly the "good guys"—law enforcement officers who install the software on suspects' computers to assist them with their investigations. The existence of "policeware" is not well-known, but the US government has used this sort of software before. In 2001, federal agents obtained permission from a judge to enter a suspect's home and install keylogging software on his computer. The...

FAKE-BADGE ALERT AT CITY'S TERROR TARGETSBy JASON MARCHI January 28, 2007 -- Hundreds of bogus badges have been turning up at some of the city's top terrorist targets, The Post has learned. Sources said most of the busts came at 26 Federal Plaza, home of the FBI's New York office, considered a prime terror target. They added that one arrest turned up an individual suspected to have...

Origin of the Sacred Heart Badge Our Lord revealed to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque "His wish for her to order a picture of the image of that Sacred Heart for people specifically to venerate and have in their homes and also small pictures to carry with them." She wrote this to her Superior, Mother Saumaise, on March 2, 1686. Thus was born the devotion of wearing the little Badges. St. Margaret Mary Alacoque always kept a badge with her and inspired her novices to do the same. She made many badges and often said this practice was very pleasing to...

FRIEDBERG, Germany (Army News Service, June 7, 2006) – A group of oddly dressed U.S. Soldiers patrols a village on the lookout for insurgents. Suddenly ambushers open fire from windows, an assumed casualty springs to life firing at the patrol and the Soldiers quickly head for cover. As members of the 1st Armored Division’s 1st Battalion, 37th Armor Regiment, coached the squadron of Army spouses through the combat course on Friedberg’s Ray Barracks, the competitors discussed their options and took action. It was all part of the 1st Brigade Combat Team’s Combat Spouse Badge Challenge June 3 – an event...

CAMP RIPPER, Al Asad, Iraq (Sept. 20, 2005) -- Staff Sgt. Charles E. Sexton, a Florida state trooper, is thousands of miles away from the humidity and the long stretches of highway in the Sunshine State. Sexton, a reserve Marine and camp security chief, recently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The Lehigh Acres, Fla., native is responsible for the Marines who guard Camp Ripper’s entry points. He also supervises their training in anti-terrorism and force protection measures. It’s something he does not take lightly. “Being out here doing this is just as dangerous as anything back in the...

As Jacinta Garrett, a former prostitute, sat inside Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, she offered a living testament to the biblical words of the Apostle James and a slain St. Paul vice cop. Both lived lives of works and faith and offered a hope of redemption to the hopeless. Garrett, 30, a mother of two, was a hooker when St. Paul police Sgt. Gerald Vick arrested her last fall and persuaded her to break the cycle of drugs and prostitution and go straight. "He told me he saw something in me that was better than that," Garrett said. "He was one...

Women and combat badgesIn October, I postulated [in a letter to the editor] the Army would not issue the Combat Infantryman Badge to soldiers with military occupational specialties other than infantry, because it would expose the canard that women are not serving in prohibited units and not conducting prohibited missions. Army Regulation 600-13, Army Policy for the Assignment of Female Soldiers, states: “The Army’s assignment policy for female soldiers allows women to serve in any officer or enlisted specialty or position except in those specialties, positions, or units (battalion size or smaller) which are assigned a routine mission to engage...
