America’s police are pushing back. Under assault by the liberal “defund movement” pushed by Black Lives Matter, police associations from several cities have formed a federal super PAC to tackle politicians that support efforts to cut policing and police funds. The Protect and Serve PAC will jump into races “where there is a clear distinction between candidates who embrace the disastrous policy of ‘defunding the police’ and those who recognize the central role law enforcement plays in keeping our cities and neighborhoods safe,” according to a statement.

Vowing to bring "peace and security to cities across America," Vice President Mike Pence on Thursday carried the Trump campaign's message of law and order to exurban Pennsylvania, a battleground state where Pence warned of a descent into chaos in big cities should presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden be elected. At a "cops for Trump" rally outside in Greensburg, Pence warned of rising violence in cities, castigated Democrats' calls to defund police and framed November's election as being about safety and security. The theme is emerging as a key Trump campaign message that plays on the violence that has cropped...

A far-left, antifa-supporting paramilitary group in Columbia, SC, openly advocates for the use of “deadly force” against law enforcement personnel to “protect the people” from what they call government “tyranny.” In a recent Facebook post, the militia group, Civil Defense Corps, suggested that federal agents should be shot in the face, Far Left Watch has learned. According to its website, the Civil Defense Corps is actively recruiting “former infantry” to serve as armed “Reserve Units” to “investigate hate crimes and threats against minorities as well as the LGBTQ+ community.” The local media refers to the heavily armed Civil Defense Corps...

WHITTIER, Calif. (KABC) -- Rival groups of demonstrators led to some tense moments in Whitter Tuesday night. The event began as a pro-police rally, but a counter-demonstration group turned up as well. There were some minor skirmishes and police took at least a few people into custody. But the event was otherwise largely peaceful with a number of cars driving by with pro-police messages.

One professional rocker has been continuing his social media crusade against Black Lives Matter and, despite his bandmates’ more liberal leanings, has refused to back off of his support for law enforcement. Metal and hard rock music outlet Loudwire reported on “System of a Down” drummer John Dolmayan’s brave pro-police support. The musician posted a photo of an NYPD uniform patch to his Instagram account on July 24 and captioned the social media post with pro-”Blue Lives” sentiment. He wrote, “Very proud to have received this gift and will always support the men and women who put their lives on...

I’m disgusted. I’m embarrassed. My heart is broken for the America that we’ve lost. This morning, I woke up at 3am. I proudly announced on Fox and Friends First that Law Enforcement Today was proudly joining a number of other groups in taking part in the largest Back the Blue event in America. Acclaimed keynote speaker Paul Butler and I were going to be the joint Masters of Ceremonies. We had rock and roll legend Ted Nugent flying in for the National Anthem – accompanied by Congressman Clay Higgins, the keynote speaker. The first wave in the attack came from...

TEXAS MOTOR CITY SPEEDWAY, FORT WORTH — For the first time, disabled and wounded officers are speaking out about an incident that occurred over the weekend at a NASCAR race at Texas Motor City Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas. On Saturday, a group of disabled officers injured in the line of duty were seated as guests of top female NASCAR driver Angela Ruch. After the race, they asked NASCAR track security if they could take a photo with her vehicle benefitting The Wounded Blue organization, which was painted in tribute to more than 120 fallen officers killed in the line...

A Seattle police officer shared with me a heartbreaking letter explaining why they are “broken” after so many years protecting the public. The letter is long. It’s important you read it all. This is an officer who has committed much of their adult life to serving a community that, right now, is doing little to support police. This officer is “broken” due to recent experiences as activists demonize cops and the Seattle City Council pushes to defund the department by 50%. This is an officer you don’t want to lose. Please read this letter and commit to no longer being...

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Moms Demand Action has joined the anti-police witch-hunt. I have long written that armed citizens and police are natural allies. It is because both of them have strong incentives in enforce order and prevent crime and violence. Two years ago, I wrote: An armed people and local police are natural allies. When locally controlled police and a population who trust them work together, crime rates plummet to very low levels. Officers on the street have generally had a positive attitude toward armed citizens. I did not expect the Bloomberg funded group, Moms Demand Action, to come out strongly...

On Monday, the day after the violent leftist attack on Michelle Malkin and her fellow conservatives at a pro-police rally in Denver, more information about the assailants came to light. For a refresher, my blog yesterday at American Thinker was the first draft of the history of this disturbing event. On Monday, an article by Lance Hernandez at KMGH-TV channel7 Denver identified the anti-police “counter protesters” who succeeded in violently shutting down the 6th annual pro-police rally where Maktin was to be a featured speaker as representing “the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and other Black Lives Matter supporters, including...

Hundreds gathered in the Village of Suffern Sunday afternoon for a peaceful rally to show support for police officers. The rally started with words from a few keynote speakers, including Suffern Mayor Ed Markunas. Participants also gave the pledge of allegiance, sang the national anthem and observed a moment of silence for fallen police officers. The group then took to the streets for a peaceful march, waving flags and holding signs to show their support. "With everything that's going on, how police are being ambushed and vilified, I felt that I couldn't sit any longer and just watch and do nothing...

DYKER HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Nearly four hundred people hit the streets of Brooklyn on Saturday to rally in a march called 'Back the Blue.' They held signs and chanted slogans as they walked down Bay Ridge Parkway. Their message was that policing is needed to keep crime down and communities safe. This comes after, they say, months of anti-police sentiment stemming from allegations of police brutality that started off with the death of George Floyd in May, and backlash since city council has decided to defund the new NYPD by $1 billion.

Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5 Philadelphia, PA6:21 P.M. EDTTHE VICE PRESIDENT: Hello, Philadelphia! (Applause.) Thank you for that great warm welcome. Thank you all for coming out. It’s a great honor to be with all of you in an important time in the life of our nation. To Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, to your national president Pat Yoes, president John McNesby, it is great to be back in the Keystone State, but is particularly great to be here with members of an organization that, for 105 years, has been the voice of our nation’s law enforcement...

Robert "Skippy" Carroll was terminated from his employment. He was fired for a Facebook post- Union Protected speech when he was acting in his role as FOP Vice President- letting his members know about a local business hating on 2 young police officers who were killed. This was days after the 2020 riots began in early June when progressive activism was frenzied and buildings were burning. Activists caught wind of Vice President Carroll defending murdered police officers and dubbed him racist, threatening and any other buzz word they use for views that differ from theirs. The weak Media Borough Council...

@Brady611: What an awesome fricken night in Boise Idaho!!! BLM protest downtown city hall! We out numbered them 5 to 1!!!! About 3,200 people showed up. I saw three different biker clubs, women with sidearms, everybody was Back the Blue. Just overwhelmed them. Awesome night! @Oh Scott: I was happy to welcome the group of patriots with my blue bullhorn. As I told the proud Americans "We aren't about to put up with any looting or violence in our great state". Also see #BoiseProtests for the radical communist side. They claim a 2:1 advantage over the "counter protestors."

On Friday evening, peaceful Black Lives Matter chants were shadowed by the deafening roar of motorcycle engines as counter-protestors — including some who were open-carrying firearms — followed the marchers on their route down Railroad Avenue to the Rifle Police Department. The march was organized on Juneteenth, the oldest celebration in the U.S. commemorating the end of slavery. It was the second time this month that several hundred protesters gathered in Rifle at City Hall. But unlike the June 2 vigil, Friday’s event was met by a significant counter-protest. As BLM supporters gathered in the plaza near city hall, several...
