AUBURN, NY--An Auburn stay-at-home dad pleaded for leniency at his sentencing Tuesday for possessing hundreds of child pornography images on his home computer. Brien P. Fredendall, 31, of 7041 Potter Road, got a break from Judge Mark Fandrich. Fredendall was sentenced to four months in county jail on the felony child pornography charge and 10 years post-release supervision, Budelmann said. Fredendall could have been imprisoned up to four years on the charge. Budelmann asked Fandrich to incarcerate Fredendall for six months plus the 10 years post-release supervision.
