Federal authorities have arrested a man in Georgia who is accused of plotting attacks on the White House and other landmarks and buildings in Washington, D.C., according to media reports. Hasher Jallal Taheb, of Cumming, Ga., appeared Wednesday in court in downtown Atlanta in a case brought by the FBI, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
