"Heroes Day" gave scores of Tucsonans an early view of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds from the flight line at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Friday. The event was organized to accommodate Tucsonans who might not be physically able to deal with the extensive walking and huge crowds expected during Aerospace & Arizona Days 2010, which starts today.
