On Saturday, police arrested a Portland man after he allegedly pointed a laser inside a Tesla dealership during a protest, injuring the eyes of one of the employees. 27-year-old Davis Nafshun has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of attempting to commit a felony, and misdemeanor charges of menacing and reckless endangerment. Nafshun was released on his own recognizance the same day he was arrested.
