Democrat Ann Kuster has been representing New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district since 2013. As our own Matt Vespa has extensively covered, New Hampshire State Republican Marilinda Garcia is challenging Kuster for her seat. At this point, the race is a toss up with less than two weeks to go until Election Day. Yesterday Kuster's campaign held a pro-abortion, pro-choice event in an effort to rally liberal voters and forgot to take down the Halloween decorations portraying death in the background.

Former U.N. ambassador John Bolton’s super PAC has released its first ad in New Hampshire, mocking Rep. Ann Kuster (D., N.H.) for being “clueless about Benghazi.” The ad features footage of Kuster at a town hall meeting, where she stumbles over a question about Benghazi: “Um…I don’t have…that…it’s a…Senate…Um I don’t think we have anything about that in the House…” “We’re certainly not here to talk about it, we’re here to talk about the Middle East,” Kuster says, prompting audience members to exclaim “That is the Middle East!” “This isn’t a geography lesson, but Congresswoman Ann Kuster should have known...
  • (Exempt) Dems don't want to talk O-Care

To many Democrats, ObamaCare is a four-letter word. Most Democrats in competitive elections are seeking to avoid the topic, opting not to tout the controversial law on their campaign websites. In a review of battleground races, The Hill found that out of 50 Democratic candidates with active campaign websites, only 11 mention the healthcare law by name, either as "ObamaCare," "Affordable Care Act," or "ACA." Fourteen more mention the law, but not its name, and half the candidates omit it entirely from their websites. President Obama has trumpeted that more than 8 million people have enrolled in ACA-related plans. Meanwhile,...

**SNIP** When asked to provide her position on H Res 36, a resolution to authorize a select committee to investigate the attack, Kuster said, “I don’t think we have anything about that in the House.” “Yes you do,” the constituent replied, and continued, “Why isn’t Benghazi at the top of your issue?” Kuster answered, “Well, I’m certainly not here to talk about it. We’re here to talk about the Middle East.”
  • Watch What Happens When a Democratic Rep. Decides She Doesn’t Want to Answer Questions About

Rep. Ann Kuster (D-N.H.) at a town hall meeting refused to answers questions about last year’s deadly terror attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. The New Hampshire representative appeared to try to dodge the question by saying Benghazi isn’t in the Middle East, and therefore not pertinent to the discussion at hand. “I’m certainly not here to talk about it, we’re here to talk about the Middle East,” Kuster said in response to an attendee’s written question. Libya is located in north Africa. Differing definitions place it either inside or outside the Middle East. Regardless, the crowd...
