The weekend did nothing to quell the ongoing war between Meghan McCain and Laura Ingraham. McCain, daughter of presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, came out last week and responded to Ingraham’s remarks that she was "plus-sized," remarks that were a direct result of McCain’s public criticism of the Republican Party.
