Homosexuals Angry at ConocoPhillipsA major oil company has removed "sexual orientation" from its nondiscrimination policy. Homosexual activists are up in arms because another major oil company, ConocoPhillips, has pulled back from a policy that homosexuals covet. Conoco included the words "sexual orientation" until it merged with Phillips Petroleum last year.
