A Jersey City councilwoman was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run crash with a cyclist. Published reports state that Councilwoman Amy DeGise was driving an SUV on Martin Luther King Boulevard when she allegedly struck the cyclist and kept going. The incident was captured on a surveillance camera. The video shows the cyclist standing up and walking out of the intersection.
