On or after 01/01/2011 residents of Illinois will if this bill passes be required to dispose of all non-coded bullets in their possession.Said persons will able to transfer non-coded bullets to an heir or to a resident of another state....All of this is supposed to prevent gun violence. This along with a ban on any device that may enable a pocket knife to be opened with one hand.These knives would have to be destroyed,turned over to law enforcement or taken out of state.
