Previously unseen text messages reveal how CNN lobbied the former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on behalf of its parent company Warner Bros. to reopen theaters during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a text sent to Andrew Cuomo in September 2020, CNN's chief marketing officer at the time, Allison Gollust, appeared to request the governor meet then-Warner Bros. CEO Ann Sarnoff. 'She's bummed you don't open theaters in NY, but perhaps you can hear her out,' Gollust said in the message, which was first reported on by Semafor.

Disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo reportedly sent CNN boss Jeff Zucker's mistress Allison Gollust text messages offering to be her 'pool boy.' Cuomo, 64, and Gollust had reportedly met up several times for drinks between 2019 and 2020, following his split with Sandra Lee. He allegedly sent Gollust a text, reading: 'You don’t want to see me now that I’m single?' after the breakup in early 2020, according to Rolling Stone.

Allison Gollust, the chief marketing officer at CNN, has resigned from the network following a WarnerMedia investigation into “issues associated with Chris Cuomo and former Governor Andrew Cuomo,” according to a memo from Jason Kilar, the company’s CEO. -snip- Based on interviews of more than 40 individuals and a review of over 100,000 texts and emails, the investigation found violations of Company policies, including CNN’s News Standards and Practices, by Jeff Zucker, Allison Gollust, and Chris Cuomo.”

The horserace for the honor of this week’s top knucklehead came down to two clowns who were hellbent on outdoing one another. We had the incomparable Whoopi Goldberg putting her utter witlessness regarding issues of race on full display, which earned her a suspension from ABC/Disney; something which is extraordinarily difficult to accomplish for a hardcore leftist like Whoopi. In the end, however, we just couldn’t ignore the absolute stupidity of the venerable Brian Stelter of CNN, who completely trashed whatever credibility the all-but-dead network had left. Winner: Brian Stelter questions why Americans would trust the word of Joe Rogan...

Chris Wallace is “irate” at the ousting of CNN president Jeff Zucker and his future at the news network is uncertain, Radar has been told. In a move that stunned Beltway television circles, the no-nonsense veteran anchor — son of legendary CBS correspondent Mike Wallace — announced he was leaving Fox News after 18 years for a prized gig at CNN’s new streaming-video outlet CNN+ in December. At the time, the former Fox News Sunday anchor specifically cited Zucker as one of the reasons he joined the network. “I am honored and delighted to join Jeff Zucker and his great...

VIDEOJeff Zucker as you have probably never seen him before with hair being interviewed by Charlie Rose in 1992. Ironic given that both were decades later forced to make hasty exits from TV Land due to below the waist actions. One Fun fact about Zucker is that both he and your humble correspondent were both students of North Miami Senior High School though not at the same time. Although Zucker still has hair on his head in this video, you can already see it rapidly receding so fast that even during this interview you can see him losing hair. Just...

CNN's left-wing bias may become a thing of the past when it is spun off to Discovery later this year, with the largest shareholder of the network's new owners eager to restore it to impartiality. John Malone, a billionaire Trump donor, is the CEO of Liberty Media, Discovery's largest shareholder. He retains a 25 percent voting share in Discovery, which will take control of WarnerMedia and its assets - including CNN - later this year. With Jeff Zucker gone, that seems more likely than ever. It's unclear which political direction Discovery CEO David Zaslav wants to take the network in....

CNN's top talents slammed the top boss of the network's parent company over the ousting of president Jeff Zucker during an explosive meeting Wednesday and demanded to know whether or not he'd consulted anyone in the decision. Anchor Jake Tapper demanded WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar address the 'perception' that Zucker lost his job by refusing to pay 'terrorist' Chris Cuomo the $18million remaining on his contract. 'The perception that Chris Cuomo gets fired by CNN. Chris Cuomo hires a high-powered lawyer who has a scorched-earth policy, who then makes it very clear to the world that unless Jeff gives Chris...

Research from the Center for Work-Life Policy shows mid-level, professional women need powerful, senior executives to help promote them to the next level of management. In that same CWLP study, 34% of executive women claim they know a female colleague who has had an affair with a boss. Furthermore, 15% of women at the director level or above admitted to having affairs themselves. And worse, 37% claim the action was rewarded: they said that women involved in affairs received a career boost as a result. Meanwhile, all this hanky-panky is really screwing the rest of us, says Slyvia Ann Hewlett...

CNN accused by National Association of Black Journalists of lacking diversity; Zucker refuses to meet with group The National Association of Black Journalists has elevated CNN to a “special media monitoring list” over concerns about a lack of diversity and the network’s president’s refusal to even discuss the lack of black executives at the liberal news organization. The NABJ specifically expressed concerns “about the lack of black representation within the ranks of CNN’s executive news managers and direct reports to CNN President Jeff Zucker,” The group noted that “Zucker has no black direct reports” and that the network doesn’t have...

Former “Today” star Katie Couric said that many people “turned a blind eye to inappropriate behavior” by CNN chief Jeff Zucker and network bigwig Allison Gollust, whose romantic relationship led to his resignation. “I worked with Jeff Zucker for many years at NBC and later on my talk show. He was a talented and energetic producer. His resignation took me by surprise,” Couric said in statement through Katie Couric Media. “(Gollust) and her husband and kids had moved into the apartment right above Jeff and Caryn’s — everyone who heard about their cozy arrangement thought it was super strange,” Couric...

CNN president Jeff Zucker told the network’s staffers on Tuesday morning that former host Chris Cuomo “deserved termination” and won’t be paid any severance, according to reports. During a town hall-style meeting, Zucker also called Saturday’s firing of the “Cuomo Prime Time” star “a lesson we have all learned from,” the Wrap reported. Zucker said Cuomo’s secret efforts to help his brother, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, battle sexual harassment allegations violated CNN’s standards and practices in a way that went “too far and deserved termination,” the website said. Zucker also said Chris Cuomo won’t receive any money toward the remainder...

When he's available, he is somebody who is very talented, and I would be very open to talking to him," the network president said.

I assume there will be more than one since the insider has been recording for months and O'Keefe tends to release them in a series...

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released the first of its apparent audio recordings of CNN editorial calls with network president Jeff Zucker on Tuesday evening, promising more releases of what O’Keefe says is two months’ worth of CNN internal dialogues. Earlier Tuesday, O’Keefe live-streamed what he identified as CNN’s morning call, as well as the reaction of the participants after he unmuted himself and revealed that he was listening. As promised, O’Keefe began the first of his releases at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time. In one recording, CNN staff are apparently heard to agree that they should not provide President Donald Trump...

This is the intro video where the insider introduces himself. My thought was to have a central post for all of today's releases. I'm putting it in breaking news but if it's better suited for Front Page news, the mods are fre to move it. He's the satellite uplink tech for CNN Washington so aside from walking around talking to people, he seems to have had the ability to listen in on Jeff Zucker's phone calls to CNN DC. He was still recording those calls as of 9:00am this morning. Since the videos are being released as of noon EST,...
