PORTLAND, Ore. - The man police believe was responsible for a deadly crash on Highway 99 over the weekend was arrested Tuesday upon leaving the hospital. Abdelfattah Marzouk, 46, is charged with Manslaughter I and Assault III, with additional charges of Reckless Endangering expected as well. The charges stem from a fiery crash Sunday afternoon that took the life of a McMinnville woman and left three others injured, including Marzouk. The crash happened on Highway 99 near the Highway 217 onramp.
