A mother now stands accused in connection with the death of her two-year-old son and her boyfriend faces a count of homicide. Lillian Torres is charged with involuntary manslaughter for doing nothing to prevent her two-year-old son's death. Emmanuel Gonzalez died Sunday morning. Luzerne County District Attorney David Lupas described the child's death as one of the worst child abuse cases he's ever seen.
