PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Banks, Oregon woman was arrested at PDX for sexually abusing another woman on a flight from Las Vegas Sunday night, police documents revealed. Heidi McKinney was arrested when Alaska Airlines flight 621 landed in Portland around 9:20 p.m. Police were alerted to the alleged crime while the plane was still en route to PDX. The 26-year-old woman was taken into custody after an initial investigation into the accusation McKinney touched the woman on her breast and genitals without consent.
