Law-enforcement officials confirmed that authorities found the names of dozens of al Qaeda operatives, whose names surfaced in interrogations with the Guantanamo Bay detainees, on a computer disk carried by camp translator Ahmed Mehalba when he was arrested earlier this week.</p>
