Pope Leo XIV urged reporters to do their part in protecting the “precious gift of free speech” in his first address to the media on Monday – and also called on governments around the world to release journalists they have imprisoned. The pope called for an improved model of communication that “does not seek consensus at all costs, does not use aggressive words, does not follow the culture of competition, and never separates the search for truth from the love with which we must humbly seek it.” “The Church must face the challenges posed by the times. In the same...

During the Biden debacle, his administration denied that they had lost 300,000 children who came into the country unaccompanied, and they provided the addresses where these children were, while denying they were being trafficked. There is only one problem with that. The addresses they provided to the Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), were fake. They were just made up by Biden’s White House or by those claiming the children whom the Biden administration did not properly vet. And now the Trump administration is working diligently to find these missing and trafficked children. Breanna Morello:...

On Thursday’s broadcast of Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power,” Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) reacted to President Donald Trump’s announcement of secondary sanctions on purchasers of Iranian oil by stating that he generally supports pressuring the regime and “there is bipartisan support for increasing pressure to get Iran to the table, to try and get back into a more comprehensive deal, one that doesn’t have sunsets, one that includes some of their secondary support for terrorist proxies in the region, particularly, including the Houthis and their ballistic missile program.” Co-host Kailey Leinz asked, “Well, and as we consider the issues your committee...

“Here are 82,345 ballot IDs, cast in the great state of (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, pick one) each of which has come from an address that an official U.S. Government database says is ineligible. This election is being stolen!” That should have been the narrative on November 2 or 3, days before the steal! That narrative is so simple, so compelling, nobody would dare to screw Sam Brown and Kari Lake after votes are cast - because they proved IN ADVANCE- there were more than enough bullshit ballots in the system to challenge the election. You will notice none...

The next President of the United States may well be chosen by mail-in ballots from Walmarts, gas stations, abandoned buildings, UPS locations, strip malls and churches with no bedrooms. It’s time to challenge bogus ballots, from ridiculous or ineligible addresses BEFORE the votes are counted - not litigate, and lose afterward - again. Common Sense Elections, a group of attorneys, investigators, writers, entrepreneurs, former elected officials, high tech players - built a national platform to publish, on a day by day basis, the ineligible and absurd mail-in ballots - many from Leftist NGOs - interfering with the 2024 election. Their...

President Joe Biden addressed “transgender children” in his White House LGBTQI+ proclamation, asserting his administration is protecting them from “discrimination.” Notably, the Biden and his allies often consider protecting children from mutilating their physical bodies a form of discrimination, attempting to normalize gender dysphoria. “During Pride Month, we celebrate the extraordinary courage and contributions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex (LGBTQI+) community,” Biden began in the proclamation, stating that “Advancing equality for the LGBTQI+ community is a top priority for my Administration.”

Warning of “a grave risk” to elected officials, the California Legislature’s legal arm has asked the blog platform WordPress to take down a post listing the addresses of lawmakers who supported gun control legislation.

Gov. Jerry Brown on July 1 signed several gun control measures, fortifying California’s already strong gun restrictions over the objections of those who saw the bills eroding Second Amendment rights.

Barack Obama is not really changing gun law. He can't. What he IS doing is creating more jobs for the FBI and BATF and increasing the manpower of both agencies for future use. Also, he is stirring people to anger to be able to mark those who react the most for future reference as well. Don't play the game.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sounded a 'we stand together' theme multiple times as he was warmly received by Congress. On the thorny issue of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, he says Israel will make some sacrifices but not others. Speaking to a friendly and enthusiastic congressional audience, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday gave his vision of the Middle East, based on a strong Israel irrevocably linked to the United States and willing to make some, but not all, sacrifices for peace with the Palestinians. "Israel has no better friend than America, and America

Congressman Russ Carnahan held a press conference today to address allegations that the suspect of last week's firebombing of his campaign headquarters worked for his re-election campaign. Carnahan did not say the man's name but did confirm that the name Chris Powers made public this morning on a right-wing blog once worked for his campaign. According to Carnahan, Powers volunteered for his campaign in July and was hired this month as a political canvasser -- a job he kept for five days before being let go for "failing to do his job."

HONG KONG -- Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, in what was billed as her first public-speaking engagement outside North America, blamed the world financial crisis on government excesses and called for a new round of deregulation and tax cuts for U.S. businesses. "We got into this mess because of government interference in the first place," the former Republican U.S. vice presidential candidate said Wednesday at a conference sponsored by investment firm CLSA Asia Pacific Markets. "We're not interested in government fixes, we're interested in freedom," she added. On the foreign-policy front, she told the room full of bankers and executives...

HOMESTEAD, Fla. - As pit crews made last-minute inspections to their cars Sunday at NASCAR's Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani stressed the need for America to break its dependence on foreign oil. Giuliani likened the pursuit of energy independence and the development of alternative energy sources to the race to put a man on the moon several decades ago. "Now it's a matter truly of national security," Giuliani said. "We have to pursue all of those alternatives that exist." In the meantime, Giuliani said, the U.S. needs to focus on domestic sources of oil, as...

WASHINGTON - Severe farmworker shortages that have left tons of fruits and vegetables unplanted or unpicked would get a fix under an immigration reform deal reached by senators Thursday. The immigration agreement includes a pilot legalization program for agriculture workers, said Scott Gerber, spokesman for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (news, bio, voting record), D-Calif. Farmers say that as immigration enforcement has tightened in recent years, worker shortages have ranged from 10 percent to 30 percent across the labor-intensive produce industry and have also struck dairy farms and nurseries. In some cases crops have gone unharvested. In others, farmers have chosen not...

CBNNews.com - Virginia Beach, Va - Before the celebrating came the turning of tassels and accepting this charge: "I want you to strive for greatness through service," said CBN founder Pat Robertson. The largest class in Regent's history sang a hymn bowed their heads in prayer. "Father," prayed Pastor Jack Hayford. "We come with hearts of gratitude for each of these graduates." {snip} Some say they were initially skeptical about having a Mormon address a Christian audience. "There were some people who were alarmed," said Regent graduate Cassy McLauchlin. "I was surprised because I just didn't think he was the...
