The man who would be America's third President Bush in as many decades never quite had a good night in the Republican debates. His polls numbers have continued to stagnate, and in some cases, plummet. Bush's initial blitz may have scared away Mitt Romney, but nobody else is frightened of him. Donald Trump calls him a "nice guy" in a way that seems designed to torture him. We haven't even gotten to Bush's heresies on immigration and education policy - that's how secure his rivals...

    PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- Lake County sheriff's deputies learned that Juan Emmanual Razo was in the U.S. illegally from Mexico more than two weeks before his arrest in the death of a 60-year-old woman. Razo made his first court appearance Tuesday in the death of Margaret Kostelnick where a judge set a $10 million. He's also accused in the attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl and the shooting of another woman who survived.     A federal judge in California has ruled that the Obama administration’s detention of children and their mothers who were caught crossing the border illegally is a serious violation of a longstanding court settlement, and that the families should be released as quickly as possible.
