Pueblo, Colorado - An arrest affidavit for a former employee of the Pueblo Rescue Mission accuses her of stealing more than $15,000 from at least 12 residents. According to court documents, Lori Arabie, the former shelter director, would regularly collect a portion of residents' earnings, paychecks, Social Security, and disability money.
