Troops in Iraq Identify Slain Terrorist, Rescue Civilian, Destroy Bombs
WASHINGTON, Feb. 20, 2008 – Iraqi and coalition troops identified a slain terrorist, rescued a kidnapped civilian and destroyed a munitions cache in Iraq over the past three days. This identification card was found on Abu Karrar, also known as Arkan Khalaf Khudayyir, an al Qaeda in Iraq intelligence and suicide operations member in Diyala province.
