The Samaria military court on Sunday indicted Husam Mohammed Bilal Hosni Abdu, the 16-year-old Palestinian minor who was caught by IDF soldiers at the Hawara checkpoint outside of Nablus on March 24 wearing a belt of explosives. Abdu who was recruited by Fatah's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the city received the sum of NIS 100 from his dispatchers and agreed to blow up at the roadblock near soldiers.
