The Samaria military court on Sunday indicted Husam Mohammed Bilal Hosni Abdu, the 16-year-old Palestinian minor who was caught by IDF soldiers at the Hawara checkpoint outside of Nablus on March 24 wearing a belt of explosives.
Abdu who was recruited by Fatah's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the city received the sum of NIS 100 from his dispatchers and agreed to blow up at the roadblock near soldiers.
His attempt was thwarted when soldiers spotted the explosive belt after asking him to lift his shirt.
At the time Abdu told security officials that he was sick of being made fun of by his friends at school because of his small stature. The court indicted Abdu on two charges of intent to murder and possession of an illegal substance.
