8/13/2007 - MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. (AFPN) -- Wayne Sufficool vividly remembers what happened to him Feb. 19, 1968, when he was a crew chief on the RF-4C aircraft at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, South Vietnam.
