ACT NOW! After 9/11, most sensible people would acknowledge that we are in a war against terror. Terrorist groups do not exist in a vacuum. They need funding for their activities. In such an environment, why would we want to make it easy for illegal aliens to perform undocumented financial transactions within the United States?
