HOUSTON – A woman was arrested after allegedly throwing a weighted plate at another woman’s head at a 24 Hour Fitness in Houston, according to deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office. The incident occurred on Jan. 7 at the 24 Hour Fitness located at 1000 Lake Plaza Drive. Deputies said the suspect recognized the victim as someone her partner was involved with and assaulted her inside the gym.
