WASHINGTON — As part of a four-state bus tour stressing job creation, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry will visit Michigan on Wednesday. “There is no group of Americans that felt the pain of the Bush economy more strongly than the citizens of these four states,” said Kerry, who also will tour West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
