Jeb is still upset he sucked as a candidate four years ago. I think the unitary promised him his turn and no one thought Trump was for real or a serious contender. Jeb (PLEASE CLAP) sure has been “hopeful and vocal” about Biden. Why is that? He thinks if he shows himself as “way nicer than Trump,” in a few years he can begin doing a slight turn towards the right and people will be so fed up with leftism, he will seem like the “nice answer” and get the Bushes back where they think they belong. I seriously think...

MLB is talking with the players' union to play 2020 with a radical realignment, replacing the National League and American League, in effect, with the Grapefruit League and the Cactus League. All games would be played in front of empty stadiums in Florida or Arizona. I would be so thrilled if this could be worked out; nothing could help restore the national spirit like bringing baseball back! Yes, it might seem wierd for some people to see empty stadiums, but who hasn't seen a Marlins game? But here's the thing: Once we've temporarily done with the traditional leagues, why go...

Please do not have a cow, my proposal is an improvement in speed and confidentiality. Imagine my zip code is 55555-1212 and I have a valid state-issued photo ID with that zip code on it. If some gun seller wanted to see if I'm a barred person, he would enter 55555 into the ATF website. He would get back a numerically ordered list of nine-digit zip codes of barred persons who have been issued state identification cards/licenses with nine-digit zip codes for 55555 that are still valid. This might have fifty zip codes on it. The gun seller would check...

Some say MAGA hats are offensive and there’s nothing we can do about it? Well, there is something we can do about it. President Trump supporters need to come out of the closet and hold a National MEGA HAT day. YES, A "NATIONAL MEGA HAT DAY." This would drive the media and lib's absolutely NUTS. Need to pick a date though. Any suggestions?

Prediction: If the Democrats take control of the US House of Representatives but not the United States Senate, we will begin to get all sorts of internet and media postings about the undemocratic nature of the Senate. Particularly, comments about why California and Wyoming each have two Senators.

What happened to Dr. Ford's original allegation of "possible groping?"

Will Sarah post today and take the wind out Obama's Speech? She seems to have the Facebook/Twitter world in her hands, and drives the media when she does, do you think she will? It would be interesting if she did.....

I don't enjoy Sean's radio show. It's too predictable, and he plays the nice guy too much. Any thoughts?

For the record, I'm glad the recent immigration bill failed to pass but it would be wise for we conservatives not to go red-in-the-face and start banging our heads against the wall every time we hear the word "amnesty". What's wrong with letting someone stay who snuck across the border 10 years ago, learned English, became a productive member of the community, and kept out of trouble? Especially considering the aggravation it would take to root him out. Now, understand this does not mean letting someone stay who has been nothing but trouble for 10 years, or who just snuck...

One recent anti-Rudy poster stated the following: "And if Rudy does get the nod, expect the MSM to open up the hype floodgates on the cross-dressing and the gay stuff -- oh, not condemning of course (wink) but how it's a big change, how will this play in the South, does this mean gay marriage is A-OK for the GOP." MY REPLY: And if they do it will be countered with images of Rudy's heroism during and after 9/11 and most Americans will be DISGUSTED - at the MSM, NOT at RUDY. The issue in 2008 will be the WOT...

Wedge Issues Posted by: “Common Tator” in FreeRepublic.com April 16, 2002 The one thing that amazes me on this site is the belief by some that the conservative position is the majority position. Mostly people tend to believe it could be the majority position if the right candidate ran, or if it weren't for the media or RINOs or etc, etc. They really don't have a clue. Roughly 2/3 of the public has firm views. They have made up their minds and do not change them. This group is nearly equally split between the left and the right. There are...

I know this is going to bring out howling condemnation from many, but Savage has it all wrong. For conservatism to flourish we can’t concentrate on the circumstances of ones birth as the “Borders, Language, and Culture” argument would imply. We have to judge people as individuals and either accept or reject them based upon the decisions they make and the values they demonstrate. That is the message that America has given the world since our experiment began. The values I embrace are founded in a reverence of a Christian God, a dedication to family and community, and a willingness...

Cnn was covering Bush speech and their hosts was on the air. Did anyone else hear them.

It seems to be a daily occurence... Savage, the ultimate looney nutcase, blasts President Bush from every angle, then broadsides Rush and Sean. He constantly calls Rush "Hush Bimbo", says he's nothing but a GOP mouthpiece, says that he's disgusted by Rush's constant self-promotions... NO ONE, not even Sean, does more shameless self-promotioning than this moron. He also said that Rush thinks his listeners are idiots, and talks to them in that way. What a loser, what an IDIOT.

What do you call a man who stirs up the pot to boiling and leaves the cooking to others? I call that man an agitator. White House Run Not Likely (Tancredo!) First elected to the House in 1998, Tancredo made immigration reform his top issue. As the issue mushroomed in the public's awareness, Tancredo became the national spokesman for those who want to stop illegal immigration. Now, he says, other lawmakers are battling to take over his role - or, as he puts it, "out-Tancredo Tancredo." Oh yeah? Who is that national spokesman, Tank? McCain, Giuliani, Romney, Rice, Clinton? Doesn't...

Brian Kilmeade on Fox & Friends this morning is saying that DPWorld ports is taking over security at US ports when they are not. And now Kilmeade is saying that a perfectly legitimate business deal in the takeover of P&O ports was manipulated by some sheik. Hey Brian, your employer Fox News has big share of ownership by a saudi sheik. Saudi prince buys large share of Fox News Also Michelle Malkin and Frank Gaffney are always running to get their mugs on the part saudi owned Fox News. How come she is never criticized for appearing on a network...

It’s amazing to see (some) of us are eagerly waiting for ABA to release their ratings on Miers, while we opposed the use of the ratings on judicial selection before… It’s amazing to see (some) of us are cheering when Bush said he didn’t look at polls… but now we use his low numbers on the polls to persuade him to change his mind… It’s amazing to see (some) of us are okay with 2 Republican Senators demanding documents from WH… while only couple months ago we argued against giving similar documents based on Executive Privilege… It’s amazing to see...
