Judicial Watch announced today that in a report to the court in its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) stated it “cannot fully predict” when records about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy will be released. The National Archives estimates that there are “over six million pages” of responsive records. Judicial Watch filed the February 2025 lawsuit after the National Archives failed to respond to a January 20, 2025, FOIA request (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. National Archives and Records Administration (1:25-cv-00577)). Judicial Watch sued for: All previously unreleased records in the possession...

With the discovery that the single-bullet theory is very probably a physical impossibility, it is perhaps appropriate to review the evidence of extra bullets and misses in Dealey Plaza. Since it now seems clear that the single-bullet theory is impossible, we can be very confident that more than one gunman fired at President Kennedy. We can also be virtually certain that, contrary to the lone-gunman theory, more than three bullets were fired during the shooting. This being the case, researchers need to take another look at the accounts of extra bullets striking in Dealey Plaza during the shooting, and to...

This week marks the 43rd anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination by a pro-Castro Marxist moonbat in Dallas, Tex. Well, that’s if you believe little things like photographs, eyewitnesses, spousal testimony, ballistics, fingerprints, personal history, the suspect’s pattern of assassination attempts, motive, opportunity, and an incriminating flight complete with cop killing. For the rest of America, especially the tinfoil hat crowd, this week is the 43rd anniversary of JFK being killed by Castro, right-wing extremists opposed to Castro, Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, the mafia, the Soviets, the Elks’ Lodge, magic bullets, the second gunman, the third gunman, the...

Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets to Hold Hearing on the JFK Files WASHINGTON— Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, announced today that the panel will hold a hearing on the JFK files. Recently, the Trump Administration released a trove of documents pursuant to President Trump’s Executive Order (EO) 14176, titled “Declassification of Records Concerning the Assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.” Through this EO, President Trump took the first step toward shedding light on events that...

Oscar-winning director Oliver Stone, whose 1991 film "JFK" portrayed President John F. Kennedy's assassination as the work of a shadowy government conspiracy, called Tuesday for a new congressional investigation of the killing during a hearing that aired conspiracy theories about it. The freewheeling hearing of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, where partisan grievances were aired, followed last month's release of thousands of pages of government documents related to the assassination. The task force's Republican chair opened the proceedings by questioning the Warren Commission investigation's conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in fatally shooting Kennedy...

From reading the comments on this series, it appears that several people are eagerly awaiting my pronouncement of which theory of the Kennedy assassination I think is correct. Unfortunately for those commenters, as I said back in Part I, “I don’t have any clear belief as to whether the official version of the events is correct or whether there was a conspiracy.” That remains the case. I have not intended this series as the way to advocate for my own preferred theory, although perhaps inevitably it would be perceived that way. Instead I have intended this series to use the...

Oliver Stone, whose controversial 1991 movie JFK posited the claim that the former president may have been assassinated as part of a possible CIA conspiracy, appeared on Capitol Hill this week to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. The hearing centered on the more than 2,000 files, a.k.a. the “JFK Files,” that President Trump released from the national archives last month via executive order. During congresswoman Boebert’s line of questioning, she asked Oliver Stone about a book he allegedly wrote that charged former President Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) with...

DALLAS Dr. Kenneth Salyer was a 27-year-old resident at Parkland Hospital on call for head injuries when he got word a new patient was being rushed to the ER. "A nurse ran into the room and said, 'The president's been shot,'" Salyer says. But nothing prepared him for what he saw. "He was still breathing," he says. "It's sort of agonal, labored, close-to-your-last sort of breaths. But he still was breathing." When the president's clothes were removed, Salyer was surprised by what he found. Kennedy, who suffered from chronic back pain, was wearing a heavy, corset-like brace that went from...

As was stated when President Trump released the unredacted JFK files on March 18, a small number of files are currently only available for in-person viewing at the National Archives in College Park, MD, and archivists are working quickly to digitize all records. Some documents are under court seal, and NARA is working with the Department of Justice to expedite the unsealing of these records. We will post updates as more files are uploaded to archives.gov/jfk.

The newly declassified JFK file revealed that former CIA counterintelligence chief James Angleton testified under oath in an executive session before the Church Committee in 1975 about deep intelligence ties between the United States and Israel. The testimony, given in a top-secret executive session, was part of the Senate Select Committee’s broader investigation into intelligence operations. Though much of the session was focused on Cold War espionage and Soviet defections, one line of questioning zeroed in on allegations that U.S. intelligence may have assisted Israel’s covert nuclear program. Angleton, who served from the agency’s founding until late 1974, confirmed a...

In a recording recently released by Billie Sol Estes’ grandson Shane Stevens, it is claimed that LBJ orchestrated a series of murders, including the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, to consolidate his political power. These claims are based on never-before heard audio of Clifton Carter, the former Executive Director of the Democratic National Committee and close associate of LBJ, admitting that LBJ hired Mac Wallace to assassinate JFK.

Charlie Kirk @charliekirk11 Anna Paulina Luna alleges NBC is withholding a tape showing Lee Harvey Oswald standing next to JFK’s motorcade — not inside the School Book Depository — during the assassination. If true, this tape would radically change our understanding of his death. From MAGA Voice 8:05 PM · Mar 28, 2025

If you think the CIA keeping JFK files classified is just about history, think again. The real story isn’t what happened in 1963 — it’s what’s happening now. Ben Shapiro recently asked, “Does it really matter who shot John F. Kennedy?” My answer is “yes and no.” If the question concerns whether finding out who shot Kennedy is the most pressing issue facing our country, I concur with Shapiro that the answer is clearly “no.” But the release of 80,000 previously unseen documents isn’t just about who killed JFK. It’s about a long-standing pattern of deception, manipulation, and lawlessness from...

As mentioned in Part I of this series, I don’t have a firm view on whether there was or was not a conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. However, if there was such a conspiracy, then clearly that is something that would be significant, and that all Americans would have a big interest in knowing about. The reason a conspiracy would be so significant is that its very existence would imply that its members foresaw important consequences from the assassination. If the assassination was just the work of a lone gunman, presumably Oswald, then there need be nothing more...
