Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said the Trump administration used artificial intelligence (AI) to help determine which documents related to the assassination of former President Kennedy should remain classified.
Gabbard, speaking at an Amazon Web Services conference Tuesday, touted how the agency fed tens of thousands of pages of materials into AI systems ahead of their declassification to speed up the otherwise lengthy process.

What an incredibly irresponsible statement.
What are the Feds still hiding?
Just another broken Epstein.
To be fair there is absolutely no way for someone to justify not releasing the evidence. You can’t talk about the system you used because you will still get blamed for using the system.
Its already past the “I give you the benefit of the doubt Fed Government” stage. Well past it.
At this point, the only reason to keep any JFK documents classified is for someone or some government agency to avoid embarrassment .
So it is AI’s fault that we didn’t get to see all of the promised documents. Sure, sure!
AI is just another opinion. Nothing magic about it.
When you elect a president you trust them to do the job. And you trust those working with him.
You people know nothing. The only question is are you just whiners, or are you subverters?
Everything
They used Artificial Stupidity to not release the Epstein files.
There’s no such quote in the Hill article. Maybe she did say something along those lines, I don’t know, but that’s not clear she actually said that from reading the article.
The CIA would not ever allow incriminating evidence to be left lying around.
Also, they would want reams of useless boring information to be added to the mix.
I think that's true. I think you hit the nail on the head.
I will also add that in the guidelines for classifying documents, I believe it specifically says that "avoiding embarrassment" is NOT a permissible reason to ever classify information. But that doesn't seem to stop them.
Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against the National Archives and they said they have 6 million more files they found and will take up to 75 more years to release if they released 80 thousand pages a month, according to Tom Fitton.
Per Trump’s EO:
Sec. 2. Declassification and Disclosure. (a) Within 15 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence and the Attorney General shall, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and the Counsel to the President, present a plan to the President for the *full and complete* release of records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
(b) Within 45 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence and the Attorney General shall, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and the Counsel to the President, review records related to the assassinations of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and present a plan to the President for the *full and complete* release of these records.
Oh well
Wait, what???
The only stupidity here is in those who can’t grasp what we’re up against.
Actually there’s another stupidity—in the minds of the anti-Americans on this site criticizing MAGA. It’s a deep stupidity.
AI: the future scapegoat for everything that goes wrong, if is done against the expectations or hopes of the people.
There won’t ever be any “Trump’s fault’, or Biden’s fault or anyone’s fault ever again.
Even ‘the ‘devil made me do it’, will be replaced. “Wasn’t me” will also give way to “AI did it’.
The Epstein files are not going to be released in full. Maybe partially, and likely with some redactions, but we’re not going to be permitted to see everything. Whatever the reason for not releasing the names must be related to some kind of quid pro quo to protect those involved, be they persons or countries.
Along similar lines, note that there was never an explanation given for the drone activity either. It was just blown off as being some kind of ‘research’, which tells us nothing.
In short, we’re not getting the transparency and accountability that we were led to believe we would be getting.
