Fellow oppressed drivers: All Houston area drivers are now required to pay for expensive, time-consuming tests on their vehicles in order to get the stupid, required inspections stickers. In a Houston Chronicle areticle about this, they said that inspection sites in the surrounding counties should check a vehicle's county of registration to prevent people from circumventing this requirement by getting their stickers outside of Harris County.
