Lake Street Church of Evanston is a “progressive Christian theology that embraces people from all different religious denominations and religious traditions.” Led by Rev. Dr. Michael Woolf, they are affiliated with the American Baptist Churches in the USA, and proudly “cherishes its non-creedal tradition” and their bizarre church covenant. For their Nativity scene this year, they depicted baby Jesus zip-tied in his cradle, while Roman soldiers/ ICE agents look on. The church explains that “this installation reimagines the nativity as a scene of forced family separation, drawing direct parallels between the Holy Family’s refugee experience and contemporary immigration detention practices.”...

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) told The Post that his panel “will conduct a thorough investigation into Governor Walz’s failure to safeguard taxpayer dollars” as a result. “Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was warned about massive fraud in a pandemic food-aid program for children, yet he failed to act. Instead, whistleblowers who raised concerns faced retaliation,” Comer said. “Because of...

Donald Trump’s drive to secure peace in Ukraine must not let Vladimir Putin off the hook for war crimes committed by Russian forces, a top EU official has warned, effectively setting a new red line for a deal. In an interview with POLITICO, Michael McGrath, the European commissioner for justice and democracy, said negotiators must ensure the push for a ceasefire does not result in Russia escaping prosecution. His comments reflect concerns widely held in European capitals that the original American blueprint for a deal included the promise of a “full amnesty for actions committed during the war,” alongside plans...

Austin McCubbin, a longtime Trump ally who ran Mace’s 2022 House re-election campaign, wrote in a Dec. 1 post on X that he was breaking with the congresswoman “out of loyalty to the President” and encouraged voters to “scratch her name from the list” of GOP contenders. McCubbin pointed to the recent discovery of an alleged tie between Mace and a PAC affiliated with Kentucky Sen. [Catholic Caucus] Towards the Francis Dream of an Extermination of Opus Dei?When Summorum Pontificum was promulgated, we had great hopes for a liturgical renewal of Opus Dei, the particular order founded by Josemaría Escrivá and later transformed in the only Personal Prelature, a novel figure created (for them, apparently) in the new Code of Canon Law.We knew many priests of "The Work" loved the Traditional Mass, that Escrivá celebrated until the end of his life. But the order from above, as far as we could discern, was that the priests of Opus should, whenever possible, refrain from the Traditional Mass,...

The anti-military sentiment that had been percolating for months on the set of ABC’s The View boiled over a bit on Monday. The suspiciously timed and anonymous accusations about alleged orders from War Secretary Pete Hegseth about eliminating alleged cartel drug smugglers from Venezuela gave the liberal ladies all the cover they needed to accuse American service members of “flat-out murder” and “war crimes.” All while admitting they were completely ignorant about international law. Fresh from shooting a soap opera in Italy, moderator Whoopi Goldberg led into the segment by suggesting other countries felt bad for America and alluded to...

When you flee a country because of your own political hysteria and then blame the sitting president for your decision, you might want to think twice before telling your 12-year-old autistic child that same lie. Rosie O'Donnell apparently didn't get that memo. During a recent appearance on The Jim Acosta Show, the has-been actress dropped a revelation. O'Donnell admitted that her autistic child, who identifies as non-binary, has absorbed her Trump-hating theatrics to the point where the kid is now pounding the table and declaring, "Damn him, damn Trump." According to O'Donnell, when she asked, "Wow, honey, what are you...
