🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem 🇮🇱(10/27/25)[Prayer]Water, Rivers, and Streams in the BibleJob 337:5-135 God’s voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding. 6 He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth,’ and to the rain shower, ‘Be a mighty downpour.’ 7 So that everyone he has made may know his work, he stops all people from their labor.[a] 8 The animals take cover; they remain in their dens. 9 The tempest comes out from its chamber, the cold from the driving winds. 10 The breath of God produces ice, and the broad waters become...

The predominant type of handgun was a variation of the popular 1911-style handguns. At the Gun Rights Policy Conference in Salt Lake City, in 2025, a number of people were openly carrying sidearms. They were uniformly willing to have pictures taken of the sidearms being carried. The sequence of images is about the sequence in which they were encountered at the Conference. There were probably people who were open carrying who this correspondent did not encounter. The predominant type of handgun was a variation of the popular 1911-style handguns. The handgun in the outside the waistband leather holster with a thumb...

Americans are so tired of being called “racists.” This has been the Democrat party’s go-to rhetorical weapon for half a century. Rather than debating policies on their merits, Democrat politicians just accuse their opponents of being Klan members and call it a day. This is particularly galling since it is the Democrat party in the United States that fought a civil war to defend slavery and then established a Jim Crow system of enforced racial segregation that endured for another century. Democrat party activists are always toppling statues of historic Americans accused of being insufficiently opposed to slavery centuries ago....

WASHINGTON (AP) — The imposing Shrine of the Sacred Heart, a Catholic church a short drive from the White House, was intended to be a sanctuary for worshippers. Now, its mostly immigrant congregation is steeped in fear. Church leaders say more than 40 members of their parish have been detained, deported or both since federal law enforcement stepped up their deployment in August. Many parishioners are too scared to leave home to attend Mass, buy food or seek medical care, as the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown targets their communities. Cardinal Robert McElroy, who leads the Archdiocese of Washington, said the...

Down on the bayou, they’ve got a sayin'. C’est tout! It’s pronounced SAY-too and it’s Cajun French for, “That’s all.” And that is all. For Brian Kelly. Sunday was a busy day in Baton Rouge. Meetings. Phone calls. Zooms. Even a drafted resolution for a multi-million-dollar buyout for the school’s 64-year-old, fourth-year head coach. Shall I put it in south Louisiana terms? With the arrival of gumbo weather, things got quite spicy on the bayou (I’ll see myself out).

KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) — Hurricane Melissa intensified to Category 5 strength Monday as it neared Jamaica with up to 30 inches (76 centimeters) of rain and a life-threatening storm surge. Melissa is forecast to make landfall on the island Tuesday and cross Cuba and the Bahamas through Wednesday. Melissa was centered about 130 miles (205 kilometers) south-southwest of Kingston, Jamaica, and about 315 miles (505 kilometers) south-southwest of Guantánamo, Cuba, the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said. The hurricane was expected to make another landfall later Tuesday in eastern Cuba. A hurricane warning was in effect for Granma, Santiago...

Will we finally see justice against all the malefactors of the Obama and Biden administrations? Since Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard started releasing hidden records from the Biden administration, we’ve begun learning that there are no limits to what the Democrats will do to cement one-party rule. Obama started what looks like a conspiracy, when he had a Clinton campaign dirty trick included in an Intelligence Community assessment (ICA). The ICA eventually triggered a formal federal investigation, known as “Crossfire Hurricane,” targeting Donald Trump. Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, and Jack Smith cooked up an operation in support of their January...

Two of the three victims killed in a fiery semi-truck crash allegedly caused by an illegal alien in Southern California on Tuesday have been identified as an assistant basketball coach and his wife. The San Bernardino County Coroner's office identified two of the victims in the crash as 76-year-old Clarence Nelson of Fontana, and his wife, 69-year-old Lisa Nelson, saying both were pronounced dead at the scene. State senator Susan Rubio said in a Facebook post that Nelson was the basketball coach at Pomona High School in Pomona, California. "This week, our community was deeply saddened by the tragic incident...

A suburban Chicago cop was taken into custody by ICE agents this month, and the arrest has blown open a political fight over sanctuary policies, hiring standards, and who gets to wear a badge in Illinois. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says Radule Bojovic, a sworn officer with the Hanover Park Police Department, is a citizen of Montenegro who overstayed a tourist visa and remained in the country unlawfully for roughly a decade. He was encountered during a targeted sweep under Operation Midway Blitz, the new Department of Homeland Security campaign focused on the Chicago area. The operation has already...

President Truman’s daughter Margaret was playing piano in the second floor fitting room of the White House in 1948. As she played, the leg of a Grand Piano crashed through the floor. It could be seen sticking out of the ceiling in the family dining room below. This was the final straw in a decades overdue renovation of the White House.

Sen. Lindsey Graham on Sunday defended the White House’s decision to strike Venezuelan boats, hinting that President Donald Trump may even “expand” military operations in the region. In an interview with CBS’ Margaret Brennan on “Face the Nation,” the South Carolina Republican said Trump is “doing the right thing.” “President Trump told me yesterday that he plans to brief members of Congress when he gets back from Asia about future potential military operations against Venezuela and Colombia,” Graham said. “So there will be a congressional briefing about a potential expanding from the sea to the land. I support that idea.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed that a British journalist, who is suspected of being a member of the Islamic extremist group the Muslim Brotherhood, is in ICE custody and faces deportation from the United States. In a post on X, DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin thanked Secretary of State Marco Rubio, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, and “the men and women of law enforcement” for their work. McLaughlin added that the visa of Sami Hamdi has been revoked. “Thanks to the work of @Sec_Noem and @SecRubio and the men and women of law enforcement, this individual’s visa was revoked and...

Democrats have lost their minds. This time last year, the conversation was about what is the acceptable number of apartment complexes in Colorado that we can tolerate being taken over by Venezuelan gangs of illegal migrants. Now the big issue is the president’s big, beautiful ballroom. The “No Kings” folk are melting down. In just two days last week, there were 10,000 comments on The Washington Post’s website railing against the ballroom, which is being built at a cost to the taxpayer of zero dollars. “I can’t wait for the day they hold Trump’s funeral in that gaudy ballroom,” was...

“‘You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life. I do not receive glory from men; but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves. I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him’” (John 5:39–43). Merely knowing the facts of Scripture, without hiding them in your heart and acting on them, will...

This ancient fossil holds the oldest intact brain ever discovered, and it looks strikingly like that of a spider, © Credit: Nicholas Strausfeld Share this post A fossil found in southern China has revealed something scientists rarely get to see: the incredibly well-preserved brain and nervous system of a 520-million-year-old creature. It belonged to a now-extinct marine animal with big front claws and a body that shares surprising similarities with today’s spiders and scorpions. The fossil, part of the Alalcomenaeus genus, offers a detailed snapshot of early arthropod evolution. Researchers discovered that its nervous system, especially the brain and nerve...
